What's included in the Combo setup?

What's the difference between Combos and standalone plans?
With a Combo, we handle the whole setup and training for you. With a standalone plan, you get access to the platform and set it up on your own, without configuration or training from our team.
Does ChatMax charge per message or per broadcast?
No, not on any plan. You only pay the subscription. When a message has a cost, it's Meta's, and Meta charges it directly to the card your business has on file.
What are paid outbound messages?
Conversations started by your business use a template approved by Meta, and Meta charges for them at rates that vary by country and by template type (utility or marketing). Conversations started by the customer are free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, with no hassle and a prorated adjustment for the rest of the period.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There's no long-term contract: cancel whenever you like. With Combos, the setup is an on-demand service and is non-refundable once it has started.
