To establish a connection between the official WhatsApp API and the ChatMax platform, it is imperative that you have already completed the prerequisites outlined in Guide 1 and Guide 2. These previous steps are crucial in enabling you to use our platform with your desired phone number.
Prerequisites:
– Have an account created in Facebook Business Manager.
– Have accessed and configured the official WhatsApp API previously.
Step 1
WhatsApp configuration
Once you have completed Guide 2 entirely, you should have landed on this page. To proceed, navigate to the left-hand side menu and click on “Configuration” under the WhatsApp section, as indicated in the image below.
